104. Eric Verret 2410 E. 9th St I was born and raised in East Texas; after traveling the country, I settled down back home in Austin. The natural beauty of Texas stirs my creativity. The lush hill country is often a source of inspiration, and the gulf coast in particular, taunts me into creating. On watercolor paper I slowly layer ink, until I like what I see. I find this Pointillistic technique to be tremendously relaxing and meditative. Lately, I have begun to experiment with 3D glasses and the way they make my work literally stand out.
