118. Aly Winningham 2009 S.L. Davis Ave Aly Winningham’s Terra Firms Studios is a collaboration of glass, metal, kinetics, love, expression, and frequently obsession. In Aly’s journey in her artist life, she is privileged to have been a creator of public and private projects such as Guitar Town, Candy Island at Whole Foods downtown, and The Domain. She’s just completed installing 13 mosaic fountains at La Cantera in San Antonio. But don’t let this large scale fool you. In Aly’s colorful studios, she playfully transforms her fixations into mosaics, mobiles and metal sculptures, large and small, for her fellow wayfarers to oogle, touch, and purchase. |
