77. Substance Distributing Inc. Design Studios 1109 Shady Ln Ste B Stephen Bartolomeo has been a practicing artist for more than 30 years. During his 20 years in California, he led artists in collaborative street painting and designed many large-scale festival decorations. These include a 12' alligator head that acted as an entryway for a party, a 50' fabric snake, lit from the inside, and a 10' twisted mermaid, which drew the ire of more prudish residents. In his personal art, he has tried to combine the whimsical with the ephemeral. |
