Monofonus Press Studio 610 Vermont Rd "Re-focusing" Voted "Most Multiple Media Idea" in the 2007 Austin Chronicle Best of Austin, Monofonus Press creates collaborative projects that bring together visual art, the written word, music, video art, installation, and performance. The Monofonus Press studio is the place where the projects are conceived and produced. The studio offers participants in the collaboration the opportunity for painting, construction, writing, printing, video arting, and performing. The finished projects come together in various formats, from mass produced multimedia packages (the IF series), to gallery shows, readings, and performances around Austin. |
