When completed, this supremely impractical exercise/transportation device will travel regularly throughout East Austin and beyond, delighting onlookers and helping to "keep Austin weird." Says Matt, "Hopefully with this project I can reach out and connect with a wider range of people, people who might not normally be interested in this kind of thing.
