101. Marian Taylor | Spilling Paint Studio 913 Nile St I am a native Austinite and self taught artist who began painting over three years ago. My work includes acrylic, oil, spray paint, and charcoal on canvas, wood, and cardboard. I incorporate numerous textures and elements to capture depth and style. I am deeply passionate about my work as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse and began painting as an emotional outlet from my demanding professions. Consequently, the life and death battles and the strength of the human soul I witness are transformed onto canvas. Each of my paintings are deeply layered to tell a story. |
