29b. Deanna
Miesch | Willow Arts 1617 Willow St Deanna Miesch, BFA, MAAT,
LPC, artist and art therapist, will present new work and work from
her collection, in the studio and gardens. Her
imagery reflects on the past and creates new perspectives from ordinary
and extraordinary objects (airplanes, baby shoes, dolphins, fascist
generals, fig leaves, glass slippers, household furniture, mannequins,
starfish, teddy bears). She is an alumna of UT Austin (BFA, Studio
Art '91) and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (MAAT, Art
Therapy '96). She has thirteen years of clinical experience
in art therapy, working with people from all walks of life, ages 5
and up. |
