states and the standard of their measure. Ultimately popular culture
is questioned.
Celebrities rarely show us their true selves, it is always a different persona
because they are acting or trying to create a particular character. The tabloids
are trying to tell the truth about these people, but there is still a mask
or mystery about them. The celebrities as measured by popular culture and
the projection of beauty onto women by popular culture are portrayed in my
compositions. |
